1. Acceptance of these terms
pocketREI is a program operated by Vinfinity, Inc. (“pocketREI,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing pocketrei.com, enrolling in the program, or using any pocketREI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the services.
2. The program
pocketREI is a paid program for individuals (“Joint Venture Partners” or “JVPs”) who wish to work real estate deals in partnership with Vinfinity, Inc. The program may include educational and coaching materials, access to tools and workspaces, and the opportunity to participate in qualifying real estate transactions on a revenue-share basis as described below. The specific components included in your enrollment are those described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including access we provision to third-party tools and workspaces (for example project-management, communication, and collaboration platforms). Your use of those third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms. Notify us promptly at support@pocketrei.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. Fees, subscription, and billing
Enrollment and subscription. Program fees are stated at the point of purchase. Where the program or any component is offered on a recurring (for example monthly or annual) basis, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on that recurring schedule until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund amounts already billed except as stated in Section 5.
Price changes. We may change recurring fees on at least 30 days’ notice to your registered email.
Payment processing. Payments are processed through third-party processors such as PayPal or Maverick Payments over encrypted connections. We do not store raw payment-card data on our own servers.
5. Refunds and guarantee
Any refund or money-back guarantee applies only as expressly described at the point of purchase for the specific offer you purchased, and is subject to the conditions stated there (including any time limit and any requirement to have completed program steps). Outside the terms of a stated guarantee, fees for digital materials and services that have been accessed or delivered are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed in lieu of following the stated refund process are a breach of these Terms.
6. Revenue share on transactions
Where a JVP participates in a qualifying real estate transaction sourced or worked under the program, net revenue from that transaction is shared between the JVP and Vinfinity, Inc. on the basis stated in the applicable program offer or written deal agreement (for example, a 50/50 split of defined net revenue). The definition of net revenue, the events that trigger a payout, the timing of payment, and the responsibilities of each party are governed by that offer or deal agreement. A revenue-share arrangement does not create a partnership, employment, agency, or joint-venture entity between you and Vinfinity beyond the specific transaction described, and neither party may bind the other except as that agreement provides.
7. No guarantee of earnings or results
pocketREI is not a get-rich-quick program and does not guarantee any income, profit, number of deals, or other financial result. Real estate outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, third-party financing, and each JVP’s own effort, skill, and circumstances. Any examples of results, earnings, or deals are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will achieve, and should not be relied on as a guarantee. Your results may be less than the examples shown, including no earnings at all.
8. Acceptable use and conduct
You agree to use the program lawfully and not to: share, resell, or redistribute program materials or access; misrepresent the program, Vinfinity, or your relationship to either; attempt to bypass security or access controls; or interfere with the operation of our systems or other participants’ use of them. Program materials are licensed to you for your own use during your active enrollment only.
9. Intellectual property
All program materials, content, logos, software, and framework assets associated with pocketREI and Vinfinity, Inc. (including the Twack!, Smack!, and Qwack! product family) are the property of Vinfinity, Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials during your active enrollment; this license ends when your enrollment ends, and you must stop using and not retain copies of the materials.
10. Text messaging
Any text messaging between you and pocketREI or Vinfinity is recipient-initiated: a conversation begins only when you text one of our business numbers first. We do not operate a recurring or promotional messaging program and do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time to end messaging, or HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. 11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinfinity, Inc. and pocketREI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the program or your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The state and federal courts located in Florida shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
